This box resembles a rounded-spine binding. It opens from the top with a slide lid inscribed with “DECEMBER 25, 1908”. Both decorated covers are separately attached to the box. The front design is made up of three panels with the name “MYRA” in the center, flanked by panels containing two five-pointed stars. The back features a complex design of two overlaying five-pointed stars. Both covers are framed with bands of mahogany veneer.
