Half-length portrait in profile facing left, wearing a heavily ornamented coat decorated with flowers and leaves, a ribband and the Garter star pinned to his chest. The king holds a hat under his left arm and tucks his right hand into his boat. He wears a short wig (or powdered hair), tied at the back with a ribbon. Coat of arms below. The related painting is now at St. John's College, Oxford.
