Sixth plate of the first album of a book containing two pochoir pattern albums bound together, titled "Idées 1" (Ideas 1), published ca. 1933 by the Librairie des Arts Décoratifs in Paris and designed by Jacques Camus. The album is composed of one title page and 12 plates, numbered 1-12; the book is bound with blue library binding, with the title printed in gold on paper mounted on the front cover. The designs in the albums are possibly for Art Deco textiles and contain a variety of geometric motifs, birds and flowers, all typical of the Art Deco style, which was characterized by its eclecticism, drawing from a variety of sources that sought to combine old European design traditions with the modern style diffused by avant-garde art, while also reflecting the romantic fascination with early Egyptian and Meso-American "exotic" cultures promoted by archaeological discoveries of the times.

The plate contains four designs executed with shades of gray and yellow; three of them are presented in triangle shapes and the fourth is presented on a horizontal strip below. The first design is made up of large semi-abstract flowers and leaves, colored with shades of gray, over a pastel yellow ground with gold and light gray diagonal stripes. The second design is made up of scrolling branches with small, stylized leaves, colored with gold, over a gray background with abstract shapes executed with a lighter shade of gray. The third design is made up of diagonal strips of semi-abstract tree motifs, colored alternatingly with black and with light gray and pastel yellow, separated by light gray and black undulating lines, over a ground colored with a darker shade of gray. The fourth design is made up of semi-circles colored with black and outlined with gray, flying semi-abstract butterflies colored with pastel yellow and light brownish-gray, a hand, colored with pastel yellow, holding a stylized flower, colored with light gray and gold, and a fragment of a rosette, colored with shades of gray, black and pastel yellow, over a gray-and-black ground with a tan, scalloped border.
