Not on view

Design for a period style wall elevation. A marble chimney piece is situated in the middle of the wall and is combined with a mirror. The walls surrounding the chimney and mirror are clad with panels, decorated with grotesque designs in the manner of Antoine Watteau and Francois Boucher. The two outer bays of the wall are largely covered in mirrors, seperated from each other by a gilt frame. On the bottom of the page part of the floor for the room has also been depicted.
