This catalog highlights works from Delita Martin's 2021 exhibition of the same name. The Black Press Foundation was founded by Martin in 2008 to support artists and to promote social activism. This publication features all works in the exhibition, reproducing in full color Martin’s large-scale monoprints of Black women depicting them as powerful, mystical, and magical beings in an abstracted sprit realm.
