Illustration of the incubation of silkworm eggs. This scene depicts seven women in a room who perform the incubation of silkworm eggs. The seated women on the left and center of the room spread the eggs onto pieces of cloth, while the women on the right place the wrapped up cloth with eggs into baskets.
