Not on view

Copy of part of a plate by Crispijn de Passe II, from 'Oficina Arcularia [...], Bouticque Menuseries [...], Schriner Laden [...], Schrinwerckers Winckel', first published in Utrecht in 1621. The copy lacks the central row and consists of only two chairs at top, two stools at center, and two chairs at bottom. It is included in 'Verscheidene Schreinwercke [...]', a series composed of twenty-three plates and a title that are copies after furniture designs by Paul Vredeman de Vries, and the one partial copy after Crispijn de Passe II. The de Vries copies incorporate both the first and second part of 'Verscheyden Schrynwerck [...]', first published by Claes Jansz Visscher in 1630.
