Semin is represented with a bow in his left hand and a sheaf of arrows in his right. The inscriptions runs along the top and right side.

Invocation offering, 1000 (of) bread and beer, 1000 (of) cattle, fowl and alabaster (vessels), 1000 (of) cloth, 1000 (of) everything good and pure for the venerated before the great god, lord of heaven, Samen, the excellent (and) true of voice.


* Instead of the usual sign for wab, the inscription here replaces it with a similar hieroglyph.
