Mashrabiyya Screen

Mashrabiyya, or wooden window screens, usually have small windows from which the onlooker can see passersby without being seen or conduct a conversation with those outside. In these large mashrabiyya screen panels an example of such windows can be seen taking a horseshoe or curved arch shape.
