Bronze statuette of a double-headed lion
These three solid-cast lions are said to have been found together. Certainly they are closely related both in style and technique of manufacture. They likely ornamented a larger object, perhaps a brazier, which was almost certainly made of iron, since fragments of iron plate and several iron rivets remain attached to the bronze lions.
