Cubism: The Leonard A. Lauder Collection opened to rave reviews, and now Executive Chef Fred Sabo has crafted a tasting menu inspired by the Cubist masterpieces highlighted in this collection. Intrigued by the breathtaking canvases of Picasso and Braque, which are among the most important works in the history of modern art, Fred delivers a menu comprising familiar recipes using ingredients of the highest quality. Join us on Friday and Saturday nights throughout November to enjoy this exceptional menu.
