Join us for a tasting menu inspired by the remarkable flavors of the late summer harvest along New York's Hudson River Valley. Every Friday and Saturday evening throughout August, Executive Chef Fred Sabo will hand-select the freshest produce from the many local farmers and food producers that we've had the great privilege of working with over the years. We hope you find these ingredients—all sourced from within one hundred miles of the Museum—just as remarkable as we do.
