Throughout July, the Members Dining Room invites you to enjoy the freshest fish and shellfish from the abundant summer waters of Long Island and New England. Each week, Executive Chef Fred Sabo will handpick ingredients from the best local offerings of the day for this exceptional, seasonal menu.
