This watch is based on a pair of beautiful gold bracelets from Rome, created sometime between the fourth and fifth century A.D. and now in the collection of The British Museum. The original bracelets were embellished with square settings intended to hold pieces of glass. The Museum’s watch is 14-karat gold overlay, with removable extender links. Produced in cooperation with The British Museum, London.

14K gold overlay. Quartz movement. Length adjusts from 6 3/4 in. to 8 3/8 in. with 2 removable extender links; case width 1 in.
