Membership Class for Children

Art Afternoons (Ages 6–9): Session 3

Tuesdays, October 8, 2013–January 21, 2014 (no class November 26, December 17, 24, 31), 3:45–5:00 p.m.

Art programs for children of Members at the Family/Dual ($200) level and above offer students the unique experience of learning about art, either in a studio setting or in the Museum's galleries.

In Art Afternoons, students explore their own creativity while discovering art in a studio setting and the Museum's galleries. Gallery visits focus on visual art concepts such as line, shape, color, pattern, texture, balance, and form. Activities include painting, collage, sculpting, building, drawing, and viewing works from the Museum's collection. Materials are included.

This session is sold out, but other sessions may still be available. See the checkout form for more information.

[For Family/Dual Members and above]
Fee: $330 for the twelve-session semester
