The Art of Power: A Global Look

Examine how leaders ranging from French king Louis the XIV to Ottoman sultan Süleiman the Magnificent have used art and material culture to express their power. This interdisciplinary program supports visual arts and global studies educators. Register online.

This program is held in conjunction with the opening of the New Galleries for the Art of the Arab Lands, Turkey, Iran, Central Asia, and Later South Asia.
