YoungArts at the Met: Jazz Artists from Manhattan School of Music

This month's gallery concert features a jazz duo from the Manhattan School of Music. Flutist and vocalist Elena Pinderhughes, a Presidential Scholar recipient, teams up with guitarist Gabe Schnider, 2011 YoungArts Winner in Jazz.

The performance will take place in the Blanche and A.L. Levine Court in the Department of Modern and Contemporary Art. A brief tour of The André Mertens Galleries for Musical Instruments immediately follows the concert.
