Alarm Will Sound: The Permanent Collection

Alarm Will Sound

Artist in residence Alarm Will Sound performs music by György Ligeti, Richard Wagner, Charles Ives, and Thomas Adès.

This is a performance specially conceived for their artist residency at the Met, as Alarm Will Sound rarely performs the work of dead composers. Here they reflect on how their very own permanent collection would look and sound.

This performance will be live streamed from the Met beginning at 7:00pm, and will also be live streamed by Q2 Music at q2music.org.

Tickets to this event include Museum admission.

All New Pre-Concert Cocktails:
A menu of limited-edition cocktails celebrating Alarm Will Sounnd will be available in The Petrie Court Café or The Great Hall Balcony Bar before performances. Both inspired by and named in honor of the ensemble's first performance at the Met, "The Permanent Collection" menu will feature an assortment of classic cocktails with a modern twist, available exclusively when Alarm Sound performs.
