Free Films
The Museum presents documentary and feature films and videos related to special
exhibitions and the permanent collection throughout the year. These films, shown
in the Grace Rainey Rogers Auditorium or the Ruth and Harold D. Uris Center for
Education, are free with Museum admission unless otherwise noted.
Topics include artists' biographies and bodies of work, particular creative techniques,
art historical movements, events in world history, mythological and iconographic
subjects, and other art-related themes. Film programs designed for families and
young people are also offered.
Search the calendar for a list of all upcoming films or for a list of upcoming family films.
Subscription Film Series
The Museum occasionally offers special ticketed film series that are introduced
by Museum curators and distinguished experts on art, architecture, music, and history.
Tickets may be purchased for individual film screenings or for entire series; ticket
prices vary. See Subscription Events for more information and
