Salzburg Marionette Theatre: The Ring Cycle

Salzburg Marionettes

Small is the new big! For the first time in its 100-year history, the Salzburg Marionette Theatre takes on Richard Wagner. This compressed, two-hour version of Der Ring des Nibelungen features giants, dwarves, flying horses, bickering gods, and two live actors. This production, appropriate for children 8 and over, is performed to Sir Georg Solti's definitive 1958 recording.

These programs are made possible by the Brodsky Family Foundation.

Tickets to this event include Museum admission.
