Summer Fete 2013

During cocktail hour, journey through American interiors on guided tours of period rooms and the Met's American Wing Galleries for Paintings, Sculpture, and Decorative Arts.

Dine and dance among the large-scale sculpture, mosaics, and architectural elements in The Charles Engelhard Court, one of the Museum's most enchanting spaces.

Single Ticket: $400

Summer Supporter: $1,000

  • Two tickets to the Summer Fête
  • Recognition at the benefit

Highlights and High Tea: $2,500

  • Two tickets to the Summer Fête
  • Explore highlights of the Museum's collection on a guided tour with three friends (at a later date). Following your tour, enjoy Afternoon Tea in the elegant and exclusive Patrons Lounge during Museum hours.
  • Recognition at the benefit
  • Within the limits prescribed by law, $1,616 is tax deductible.

The Cloistered Gardens: $5,000

  • Four tickets to the Summer Fête
  • Explore the Cuxa, Bonnefont, and Trie gardens of The Cloisters on a private tour with Managing Horticulturist Deirdre Larkin and receive a beautiful bouquet of medieval herbs and flowers from the gardens. Following your tour, enjoy sherry in the gardens. (Seasonal; for a maximum of four people.)

Modern at the Met: $7,500

  • Four tickets to the Summer Fête
  • Explore the Modern and Contemporary Art galleries on an enlightening guided tour with up to seven of your friends (at a later date). Following your tour, enjoy an intimate dinner, including cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, in the Museum's Rose Room overlooking Central Park.

  • Within the limits prescribed by law, $3,350 is tax deductible.
