Not on view

Po Kim, born in Korea, moved to New York in 1957 and his practice was informed by his life in Korea, the U.S and in New York. In his six-decade career, he worked in various styles from abstract expressionism to surrealistic representations. In the 1970s, Kim turned to trompe l’oeil drawing; this drawing of walnuts is an excellent example of his technical prowess in this genre.
