Design is printed upon a grid and is decorated in the center with the same coat of arms illustrated on the title page. Coat of arms is characterized by a diamond that is ornamented on the left half with 3 fleurs-de-lis and on the right half with a linear motif. Encircling the diamond is a rope with knots and at the very top sits a crown.
