Design for a rectangular, Islamic pattern. The main part of the pattern is made up out of two interlaced polygonal figures build up out of thin straps. The two figures cross on the main central axes causing notches in the rectangular outline of the figure. In the center the two figures form an almond-shaped compartment, in which a clean ring, also made up out of a thin strap, has been placed. A circular knot is to be inserted in its center.
