Top of neck curving to one side; long, slender neck, joining imperceptibly with piriform body; side of body slightly flattened and with a small tooling indent; body then tapers and terminates in a solid spike.
Broken at top of neck with all of rim missing; spike also broken and chipped; many bubbles, some elongated; dulling, pitting, and iridescent weathering.
