This print is bound in Volume I of Oeuvres. Jombert published his collection of Le Pautre in 1751. Volume I contains "desseins... pour la décoration des maisons, etouches, edifices;." This print is part of a series of twelve plates depicting bedrooms. The series was published by Jean I Leblond around 1651, by Jean II Leblond, and by François Jollain.
