Not on view

Design for a ceiling with a rectangle with curved corners showing a trompe-l'oeil with a domed roof and oculus at center. The short sides of the rectangle have ornate frames, although only one is included in the plate. The frame has a medallion with putti flanked by seated figures. From an untitled series of six plates with ceiling designs, two of which carry the date 1708, suggesting the set is a later addition.
