Trompe-l'oeil design for a ceiling, with three vertical panels. On the central panel, a celestial scene with Mars and Venus. At either side of the central panel, beams with roundels, and putti on cartouches. From an untitled series of six plates with ceiling designs, five of which show trompe l'oeil paintings with mythological scenes in the central compartment. The last plate has a blank central compartment.
