On Tap in Saint Louis

In January 2014, the Contemporary Art Museum Saint Louis tapped Jeffrey Uslip, a doctoral candidate at the IFA, as its chief curator. While still in New York, Mr. Uslip had juggled classes (including the Curatorial Studies program) with his work as curator-at-large for the Santa Monica Museum of Art, where his groundbreaking exhibitions attracted considerable media attention.

Two of his recent exhibitions are Robert Swain: The Form of Color (Santa Monica Museum of Art, May 17–August 23, 2014) and Mark Flood: Another Painting (Contemporary Art Museum Saint Louis, September 5, 2014–January 3, 2015).
