The bills were printed in Toronto and Urbane, Ohio. The Springfield Sunday news: "...Ravel is certainly the peer of the best living clowns. His Humpty Dumpty is the most popular on the boards to-day." Detroit "Chaff", Michigan: "C.W. Ravel, the head and front of the company, is one of the finest pantomimic clowns that ever visited Detroit."
